High speed internet is also included. Free parking on premises for 2 vehicles. Yard is fully fences and has an electronic gate. Owner pays all utilities and internet and yard maintenance. Short term leases are allowed. Well behaved pets, fully vaccinated are considered and usually accepted. This is not a sublet. My husband and I own the house and live upstairs. You have full access to the downstairs , screened in porch . The beach and dock are on out property and and you are welcome to use it too. You will not see us a lot unless we happen to pass in the yard or are the beach at the same time. We rent to professionals who are in town working but will consider longer term leases. We have a big fenced in yard and do allow friendly, non aggressive pets. We have 2 dogs of our own.
