    This is an all-wooded tract of mixed timber with a small creek traversing across the middle of the property. The road frontage is high land and well drained with a hill at the back of about 400' elevation. Per the US Geological Map there appears to be a suitable location for a small lake of approx 2-3 acres. New survey with south line flagged, Willow Rd on the east, fence on the west and a cleared lane on the adjoining property to the northwest boundary. Overall this tract is gently sloping with good drainage. Attractive homesite near the front of the property. Raised lane extends from front gate to a 1/2-acre level clearing near center of the property, on the creek. Could make a nice cabin/camp site. It appears that a community water system is not currently available to this property. A water well would be required for potable water. There are no structures on the property. No known restrictions. Farrell & Boswell signs at or near the two front corners on Willow Rd.
