This would be an ideal property for someone to build a country home with a short commute to Syracuse, Oswego, or Pulaski in less than 30 minutes. Electric and communication utilities are available roadside. All rights transfer to the new owner. Also, the property boundaries and existing corner markers are flagged, blazed, and painted. The Syracuse International Airport is found off 81, just north of the city.
