We are traveling this summer and are renting out our fully furnished, renovated, family-friendly 3 bath, 2.5 bed end-unit row home on 13th & Upshur from June 21-August 23 (9 weeks). We'd prefer to rent to someone in the neighborhood, ideally for the entire time, but would consider splitting. Asking $1500/week and will give a discount if someone rents for the whole time. We have four kids ages 1-7, so our home is baby proofed and fully equipped for young kids, including 3 stokke high chairs + 1 baby high chair, plenty of toys, board games, bicycles, scooters, soft play mats, a nugget couch, piano, and mostly indestructible furniture.
