KITCHEN The studio boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all-new modern appliances, quartz countertops, and beautiful Spanish tile. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast eager to whip up a gourmet meal or simply in need of a quick snack, you will find all the amenities and utensils you need. The cozy dining area adjacent to the kitchen invites you to savor your creations or enjoy a romantic dinner for two. BEDROOM The sleeping area showcases a comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed with soft linens and plush pillows, for a restful night's sleep. BATHROOM The bathroom is a tranquil sanctuary, featuring contemporary fixtures and a soothing color palette. Step into a luxurious shower with rainfall features and indulge in a refreshing cascade of water. Fluffy towels, premium toiletries, and thoughtful touches enhance your daily routine. LIVING and WORKING The cozy living area invites you to unwind on a comfy sofa while enjoying your favorite book or show. Adjacent, you'll find a Murphy desk complete with storage, providing the perfect environment for work or creative endeavors. To enhance your stay, The Casita is equipped with modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with streaming capabilities. LAUNDRY The modern washer and dryer are integrated into the kitchen area, blending seamlessly with the overall design. PRIVATE PATIO Outside The Cottage, you'll find a private courtyard with a seating area for 2 providing a serene space to unwind, soak up the sun, or enjoy a cup of coffee amidst the refreshing breeze. PARKING The Cottage sits on a quiet, treelined street with plenty of parking with no street cleaning restrictions. Guest access You'll have access to the entire guest home and patio outside the front door of the guest home. Other things to note As an added precaution, the property is secured with a network of outdoor Ring cameras and floodlights. Lease will be emailed and must be signed before moving in. If ANY house rules are violated and or broken, renters must vacate the property immediately. Renter forfeits all rental funds and security deposit and the house rules violation(s) may be met with additional charges. No partying NO smoking inside or outside the home Guests will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes whatsoever No noise disturbance is allowed and please be respectful of quiet hours starting at 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. Any noise complaints from any neighbor or anyone associated with the property will result in 100% loss of remaining rental amount and you will be asked to leave the premises and the entirety of security deposit will be acquired by the host Guests may NOT film or shoot photos for commercial use on the property and/or stage photoshoots of any kind or record, edit or otherwise produce content of any kind unless granted permission by owner/host unless otherwise authorized prior to booking. Violators of this agreement will forfeit all remaining rental funds and security deposit and leave the premises immediately. Owners/hosts are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while on the premises or its facilities. The owners/hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest Any excessive damage to furniture and/or other material objects associated with the property will be subject to security deposit loss at the discretion of the owner/host All guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
