It is near the Tyler downtown area. With all of this wonderful proximity to the medical area and downtown it is still a remarkably quiet neighborhood. This unit is perfect for a single, quiet, mature person. It has off street parking and a shared laundry room is provided. Gas and Water are paid by owner. Tenant is responsible for electricity. No smoking and no pets. Please leave message when calling contact number as it is a landline. Garage apartment is behind a private residence and is also currently occupied so viewing is by appointment only. Please do not go to view alone. Owner pays for gas and water. Tenant responsible for Electric. No smoking or vaping in or on the property. Yard maintenance is included. This is a studio "efficiency" unit (one room only that serves as bedroom and living space), a nice size kitchen and bathroom. The non-refundable application fee of $45.00 must be paid at time of application 4. If you have a Service or Support Animal you will need to complete a separate screening application and send the results. The link for that will be provided upon request. There is no fee required for verifiable Service or Support Animal. 5. We require that the tenant carry renters insurance. Proof of policy must be submitted at time of lease signing. 6. We do not accept government housing.
