Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, two desks, a fan, a closet, and two end tables with drawers. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed, a desk, a fan, and a closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, a desk, a closet, a private bathroom, and a private loft. There's a sofa bed in the living room. The rent for the whole house is $4000, including all the utilities, garbage, and the internet. There's a one time none refundable cleaning fee of $350, refundable $5000 deposit, and the first month rent required before move in. No Pets are allowed inside Option 2: Rent for shared housing including utilities, garbage, and the internet: Bedroom 1 with a king bed and a private deck: $1200 a month for the first person, each additional person pays additional $120. Maximum capacity is two adults and one child. One time cleaning fee of $150. Bedroom 2 with a full bed: $950 a month for one person, each additional person pays $120. Maximum capacity is two. One time cleaning fee of $250. The Keycheck will charge the application fee directly to you when you apply. Minimum of one months lease. The owner will pay for the utilities, internet, garbage and the gardener. No Smoking is allowed inside of the house. No screws or pins, etc. allowed unless the tenant gets owner's permission. Otherwise, there will be a $10 fine for each small hole or depending on how bad the damage is. Renter insurance is not required, but strongly recommended.
