The owner and I had a few conversations on the porch and in the few hours I was there, I saw only one township truck on the road. The front porch is quant and relaxing. If that's not enough, wait until your family sees these beautiful woods. They offer the deer and turkey plenty of diverse habitat. There is a great mix of topography offering flats, benches, and saddles. The property has a few nut bearing trees as well. I saw deer on every visit, proving you will have opportunities to harvest a big southern Ohio brute buck and some boss turkeys. There are a few roads throughout and there is over ¾ of a mile of frontage, ensuring you never have neighbors (unless you want some) and you will have all kinds of access to your property. This part of the county offers great deer genetics, good quantities of deer, and the area is clean and well maintained. With the quality of this cabin, the location, and the diversity of the woods, it offers the outdoors family lots of possibilities for memories!
