Lease Details & Requirements

- Snow and ice removal is the tenant's responsibility for the front driveway and all walkways.
- Salting of common areas (e.g., sidewalks) must be done as necessary to maintain safety.
- All outdoor maintenance must follow Souderton city ordinances.
- No smoking anywhere on the property NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pet Policy:
- Dog breeds, including mixed breeds, must meet landlord requirements NO exceptions.
- Accepted dog breeds must comply with insurance restrictions. While we understand the desire to accommodate all pets, our insurance policy imposes specific breed limitations that we are required to follow.
- Limit: 2 pets, small or medium-sized dogs.
- Pet rent: $35 per animal per month until the lease ends NO EXCEPTIONS.
Landlord Responsibilities:
- The landlord covers trash payments.
Additional Terms:
