There is a 5 seat hot tub, games like bocce ball, croquet, badminton, croquet, a 48" flat screen TV, a library, wifi, central air AC/heat, a piano, yoga mats and garden areas. The Ranch boasts spacious, sunny rooms with large remodeled bathrooms. All beds have new luxury mattresses and we use mostly 100% fine egyptian cotton linens and sheets. The lawns and gardens overlook stunning high vistas with many outdoor serene and quiet seating areas. The house is made for entertaining. Each room is sunny, with lots of windows, has expansive mountain, valley or garden views and is tastefully decorated with new carpeting, linens and furniture. The new gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, extensive cookware and lots of dishes. It has an open bar area with barstools as part of the family room with breath taking views of the valley and mountains. The formal dining room has a large mahogany table seating 10-12 and a large serving buffet with beautiful panoramic mountain views. Both the family room and large living rooms have comfortable couches, beautiful hickory flooring and gorgeous new carpets and area rugs, featured with banks of tall windows capturing the gorgeous scenery. There is a piano for your enjoyment, yoga mats, reading library, cable TV and a variety of games. The Master Suite: (Bedroom #1) is very spacious with a sitting area, has a new Cal King and looks out over a rose garden with a stunning backdrop of dramatic mountains. Its bathroom is huge with a large, oversized tub and a large separate shower. The Brewster Room (Bedroom #2) adjoins the Master Suite with a cherry 4 poster bed and closet space that the Master might share. One must enter the master suite to enter this room, but it is very private, with its own door. It can be used as a bedroom, a Boudoir, or nursery. The Cape Room (Bedroom #3) has a queen bed, a private attached full bathroom and overlooks the front of the house and gardens. It is down its own hall and is very quiet. The Chatham Room (Bedroom #4) has two twin beds and over looks the mountains and back yard area. It has its own door to the back lawn and hot tub. It shares the bathroom with the Blue Sky Room down the hall. The Blue Sky Room (Bedroom #5), is a large room with a cal king bed, walled with a bank of large windows overlooking the Santa Ynez valley, Figueroa mountains, and garden. The Upstairs Suite (Bedroom #6) has a Queen Bed and a twin with a full, private bathroom. It is very quiet and private. This magnificent house is so peaceful with its gorgeous landscape, views and spaciousness. You will feel relaxed and restored after only a few hours at the Ranch.
