Renting is in three month intervals through Airbnb, to allow tenants fluidity to see if they like living out in nature and to help those who might be working at Wolf speed or Toyota and only living in the area on a contract basis. Renters may opt to request to rent again for another three month cycle if the renters decide to stay in the area and like the place. While Airbnb charges fees and taxes, those fees and taxes are calculated in advance into the total monthly rent price listed here and divided up over the three months. Payments are monthly through Airbnb. Renter's insurance is not required but it is highly recommended whenever renting a mobile home. If there are multiple renters seeking to rent the property, favor may be given to those that carry renter insurance. Smoking is only allowed outside the structure with butts available in appropriate ashtrays. Non smoking is preferred. One small dog is allowed with the associated pet fee. No cats or reptiles. Small animals like gold fish, Guinea pigs, or chickens are allowed without a fee. Renters are expected to inform the host and any changes in conditions that may affect the well-being of the house and or their comfort such as visible pipe leaks, etc. so that these things may be repaired right away.
