This is a guest house on our 2-acre property with gardens and chickens. Due to the free roaming chickens, we can't allow any pets. We are also very strict about no pets, no smoking, vaping or drugs inside or outside the home! If you are a smoker, vapor or pet owner, please do not apply. You must be ok with country like living with roosters, cattle and horses nearby and the typical "pests" associated with a country like neighborhood. We are looking for that right fit for our family and this lifestyle. This house is available now with a credit check, references, first/last, and a $300 refundable cleaning deposit. We usually do a month to month lease for as long as you would like to live here to give the tenants flexibility, but are willing to go longer depending on the situation.
