    Approximate 2.4 acre site that sits on Shaft Road in Painesdale with access to the Bill Nichols snowmobile trail on the back side of the property. The old mine shaft is to the right of the property. Seller believes township water and sewer are available at the street. Natural gas in the area but not sure if it goes to the property. Being this close to the snowmobile trail can make it convenient to use the property for a small camp / cottage type building to use for the winter months and eliminate the need to find a rental while snowmobiling. You could also consider for your year round home. Property does not have a survey that the seller has in hand but he says the township may have one. Plat map will show sanitary easement on property.
