House rules: 1. No smoking inside. 2. KEEP ALL DOORS & WINDOWS CLOSED In the mountains we have lots of bugs and wildlife. Please keep the doors and windows closed at all times. They are especially attracted to light so if you leave the doors open they will enter the house. 3. PARKING Two parking spots are located at the very front of the home. Tandem parking is available to the left of the home. Additional parking on the side of the property with directly access to the first floor balcony. DO NOT PARK ON THE CUL/DE-SAC This is a dead end road. All service vehicles use the public cul-de-sac to turn around. Mail & packages cannot be delivered or trash picked up if there are cars parked on the cul-de-sac. 4. TRASH CANS Please do not block or park near the trash cans. The trash cans cannot be within 3-4 feet of anything or pick up will be denied. IMPORTANT: If food is in the trash, please ensure it is inside the trash and closed tightly and latched with provided bungee cords. Do not leave trash bags outside the trash can as this may attract wildlife. CLEANING FEE: $1500 of deposit is non-refundable for professional cleaning upon move-out.
