Your rent includes all utilities electric, water, gas, trash, and high-speed Starlink internet so you'll have one simple monthly payment with no surprise bills. The property is non-smoking. Pet policies can be discussed on a case-by-case basis with an additional deposit. First month's rent and security deposit (equal to one month's rent) are due at move-in. We're looking for responsible tenants who will treat our home with care, and we pride ourselves on being responsive landlords who address maintenance issues promptly.
