Month-to-month beautifully appointed fully furnished, all utilities included. My ideal renter is June through the end of December. I am a seasoned Landlady and this is my winter home, me my mother and stay here Jan through end of April. This is my 5th season renting to off-season renters, and because I still work, I have contracted Amy to help me find a suitable renter. I have met Amy as she is a broker in the same community to my neighbors. Winslow Beacon Retreat is a tastefully decorated second-floor Condo in the 6th most desired place to live in the U.S. (according to Redfin). This is my winter home, and it is nicely appointed with everything you need. The Meadows is a 1700-acre,e beautifully landscaped community that has 14 miles of walking and biking trails, lakes, and ponds, golf courses, pickleball, and a Jr. Olympic pool next to a restaurant/lounge with outside dining (some activities require a summer country club membership fee). The Meadows is conveniently located near the upscale shopping district of University Town Center, Whole Foods is 2 miles away, and downtown Sarasota and Lido Key beaches (St. Armands Circle) are a quick 15 - 20-minute drive. Winslow Beacon Retreat is a secluded and quiet condo with lots of natural vegetation, nice views, and tropical trees. Ideally, I would like a tenant through the end of November or December 2023. The condo is on the second floor. There are only 6 units in the building and only 60 units in the complex. The condo is located at the very end of a street that offers a quiet and serene environment. The front of the Condo faces SW and borders City property that is undeveloped. The screened-in Lanai faces Northeast and the tall mature trees offer plenty of shade and beauty. This unit is fully furnished with everything you need - just bring your clothes and settle in. 1 King size bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full baths (one walk-in shower and one tub and shower). The condo is beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture, a 62-inch smart TV in the living room a 52" smart TV in the master bedroom, tile flooring, and a walk-in closet. and several lakes and ponds. Beautiful landscaping is present throughout the entire community with mature trees and shrubs. There are several different options for partaking in the community amenities that would require membership fees. However, the pool at the association is open to all the residents of Winslow Beacon. Rental is available for a minimum 3-month period between Jan 1st and April 30th. Fully Furnished (well-appointed and fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens).
