Any additional pool and spa heating hours are charged to renter at a rate of $25/hour. Renter purchases own toiletries and consumable kitchen supplies. Renters will need to sign a release of liability waiver because we have a pool and spa and that comes with risks, in addition to a short-term lease agreement.
