Neighborhood Overview 12-15 minute walk to Noe Valley, The Castro and Cole Valley, serviced by 2 buses the 37 and 33 that are within a 3-10 minute walking distance. Safe and quiet street that dead-ends at a pedestrian overpass, so no cars speeding through. Looking mostly for short term rentals, which are less than one year. For short term rentals 2 months or less, utilities and internet are covered. Anything beyond that requires the tenant to cover.
