We bought this home not too long ago to stay in while we renovate another property nearby. We have been so happy here with our 1 year old, being steps from Holly Park and right by Cortland Ave. It's been such a perfect home for us, and hope we can find someone who will appreciate it just as much. The pictures are from when we bought the place, and since then we've added carpets and wallpaper to the bedrooms. We've also added built-ins to the living room wall for added storage. We also re-stained the floors. It's a single family home on a quiet street in a really great pocket of Bernal Heights. It has a really cool history, being built of 2 original San Francisco earthquake cottages. Note that the second bedroom is small and cozy- it would only fit a crib or twin bed, or could be an office. There's also a basement with laundry and lots of storage. We're hoping to find a renter starting around November, when our renovation project is scheduled to wrap up. However, ideally we find someone with a little flexibility if our project goes a few weeks longer than expected. We are also open to leaving our mounted TV and the main rooms furnished (can send updated pictures of our furniture) for a small additional cost if desired! We love pets! Our dog has had so much fun being right near Holly Park :) Street parking, but it is (literally) always available right out front. Parking has never been an issue for us. No smoking please.
