Background checks for each adult required. The owner occupies the upstairs with one dog. This home and area are very quiet, which is the type of occupants preferred. Utilities and fiber WIFI will be a separate cost to owner from rental rate based on usage. 12 month lease preferred, will discuss more or less time if needed for good tenants.
