This rental has a one-time cleaning fee of $275, an administrative fee of $159, and a refundable deposit of $1,000. Add $300 for utilities: WiFi, utilities, gas and electricity, air conditioning, snow removal, lawn care, and trash removal.
The rental period requires a minimum stay of one month, after which it can be extended monthly.
The rental agreement includes accommodation for one adult, with an option to add a second occupant for an extra $300 per month. Maximum of two people.
Note that summer rental prices may be subject to change. Renter's insurance is mandatory.
The upper-level 4-bedroom owner's suite will be occupied year-round, but it has a separate entry, ensuring no cross-traffic with the rental space.
The guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old and will be considered the Responsible Party, requiring their presence throughout the stay. Valid government IDs may be requested from guests and occupants. The Responsible Party is liable for the actions of all guests and occupants and must ensure that children are always supervised. Adherence to homeowner rules and regulations for using the property and shared areas is required.
It is important to note that parties, events, or excessive drinking are strictly prohibited, and the property will not be rented to groups intending to use it for such purposes.

- Animals: This property is strictly animal-free. No animals, including service and support animals, are allowed due to severe allergies.
- Quiet Time & Noise Levels: The home is residential, and noise disturbing neighbors is prohibited.
- Additional Terms: The Guest must sign a Rental License Agreement via DocuSign and provide a valid ID, such as a driver's license, before the reservation check-in date. And is subject to a credit and or background check.
