We have 113 acres it’s on the end of a dead end road with a private driveway in. No power, water, or septic but you have a right away to get power in there. Camp is an old house trailer, it’s not much. There’s 6 acres of established food plots, 2 hunting towers, a small pond, 2 large spruce sanctuaries. We have been passing on small bucks for years, and trying to manage herd along with several neighbors. There’s a lot of wildlife, along with a lot of trails to ride your quad on.
