All guests need to be registered in the booking. Security cameras: There are ring cameras installed on the outside of the house and backyard to ensure head count per every reservation. This is a flexible month-to-month lease requiring a 60-day written notice for termination. A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned in full, provided there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear. Utilities are included up to a specified monthly cap; any usage beyond that amount will be the tenant's responsibility. All tenants are required to complete a rental application and sign a damage waiver prior to move-in. An application must be submitted for each person residing in the unit.
