My name is Villa Vista Linda, because I am beautiful in ways others can’t compare..! I am located in exclusive Pilon, in west-central Vieques and I have many attributes: A gated, private, three acre estate, a spectacular villa with a grand upper floor (the main living area) with massive 20-foot high ceilings and cooling ocean breezes. A festive space where I host many dinners and events… A spacious Master bedroom that combines a feeling of luxury with a sense of the tropics, with bathroom en-suite (seven foot round tub, double vanity & stand shower & bidet), plus two more bedrooms at the opposite end of this great room. At the lower pool level or Terraza, where the third bedroom of the Villa is located, I offer more possibilities… Bright, open and airy, the arched columns and filigreed ironwork where fresh breezes blow through for true alfresco living, plus the Coqui Cabana Bar where refreshing drinks are found. A great space to enjoy lunch or a sunset dinner from within the Terraza or Poolside. My crown jewel is the gorgeous pool with its spectacular unobstructed and expansive views of the southern coast including Mt. Pirata – the highest peak on the island. Set apart from the main villa and adjoining the terraza and pool I have a Casita, a charming small house with its own living room, kitchen/dining area and beautifully appointed bath. Fragrant flowers, the scent of gardenias and the bounty of orchids are my perfume, tropical fruit and acres of lawn make up my surroundings. My driveway is lined with hibiscus shrubs, bougainvillea, oleanders, fragrant plumeria trees and other lush, tropical flowering plants and trees. I’m not another modern type.
