Two ways to get to this land. One is to take Muzzey Hill Road all the way to the end on the right, or in Bennington take Dodge Road. Muzzey Hill is a dead end (it is Class 6 road after this land). You will want to drive by and see the beautiful homes on Muzzey Hill! Nice views from the top part of the land here if you are looking for a nice private lot. Or take Dodge road to the end, and that is the bottom part of the land. Perhaps subdivide the lower part off? Plenty of Gravel on this land to work with, or if you are looking for a Gravel Pit (there are no permits or anything in place, but the abutting property below is a Gravel Pit).
