This property offers 2 covered terraces, fully equipped kitchen, living room, laundry, parking and everything you might need, it is ready to live it. If you are looking for a peaceful place to work or to chill, this is perfect for it. The Villa is located in Dorado de Mar, an exclusive residential community in the pintoresc town of Dorado. It offers security and golf courses and it is located next to shopping areas, restaurants, hotels and beach area. The rent fee includes water and high speed wifi. Renter pays for electricity. Because this is a quiet neighbohood, loud music, any kind of noices and parties are not allowed. No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping inside the villa is permitted. No more than two people are allowed to be living the villa. No subrenting is permitted. We are looking for a renter who take care of our lovely beach apartment as we do. Cleaning and mantaining the villa well mantain is renter responsability. Trash have to be taken out to the condominium main trash can. No trash can be left per days inside or outside tha apartment. There is a parking labeled for our villa. We cant use any other parking because it belongs to another villa. The rent term is a minumum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. If you like to live a longer term we can re- lease to you again. Renter has to follow all Condominium rules and PR laws. The apartment is not available for any kind of illegal activities.
