Private room upstairs with beautiful arched ceiling. Three other people currently reside in the house, but we all keep to ourselves. The house is all shared. There are currently two cats on the property. The house is nice and in a secure neighborhood.
This is a month to month lease.
Be respectful of the property and clean up after yourself.
Smoking is not permitted on the property, along with no drugs allowed. If caught using any type of drug, then you will be in violation of the lease agreement and will immediately be evicted. Do not steal from anybody in the household. I have indoor and outdoor security cameras. You are renting the room while you have access to the laundry room, the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and backyard.

There are two women in their 20's living upstairs next to the rental room. We keep to ourselves. There's a man in another woman living downstairs. They are very quiet and do their own things.
