1 bedroom/1 bath trailer 2 blocks from beach in Port Saint Joe beach (Beacon Hill area) near Veterans Park. One double bed and one pull out couch sleeps 4 total. Trailer is turn- key !Electricity,water, cable, and garbage included. Small dogs allowed for negotiable fee. Short term rentals available for 2 night minimum, $130.00 per night or one week at $ 805.00. Beach chairs, shade canopy, and beach towels provided also. Outside area has table and chairs with charcoal grill. There is a washer/ dryer combo but dryer not working at this time. There are 2 separate drive ways here, one in the back for us and other one in front for renters so we are not in each other's way.
Renting for 6 months, price includes electric, water, cable , and garbage. Starting date of availability may be flexible .
