Lovely cottage like apartment set on half an acre of property, separate private entrance, newly renovated Wood Floors, newly renovated bathroom floor with porcelain floors will be fully painted , quartz countertops, ready to move in new appliances, full use of yard and parking pad Owner pays everything electric, water, gas and WiFi for streaming. Pets are welcome. Taken care of and cleaned up after. Full use of yard is allowed as well. No smoking in Apartment but you're more than welcome to smoke outside. Also will require first and last month's deposit as well as an agreed security any questions please reach out. Wi-Fi is also included for streaming in the apartment. Passcode will be given at time of signed lease. Owner pays for everything electric,water, gas heat. Also included is Wi-Fi for streaming . non-smokers ,smoking outside is permitted. I Do accept dogs of any size as long as no damage to apartment will be determined at the end of lease, which will automatically come out of last months, rent or security, which ever comes first. first and last months rent is due at signing we can talk about security.
