The entrance to the property has approximately 200' by 200' of relative flat (top of hill) land, the remainder of the site is typical hillside. I have driven my ATV up and down the slope a few years back without any problem. The driveway was cut 15' wide, and graveled, approximately 20 years ago. It is now overgrown with weeds, however I drove my wife's Tahoe to the land a couple weeks ago. Near the entrance is an 8'x40' water tight shipping container that I used for storage. The shipping container was delivered by semi truck about 10 years ago. A water well would need to be drilled, if you want running water.
