This is a furnished one bedroom apartment at the back of the primary house (sharing a common wall). The bedroom and bathroom are good sized and comfortable. The other room is an all purpose room- housing a washer/dryer, medium sized kitchen table, desk, loveseat, tv, kitchen sink, countertop and cabinets. The kitchen is small but functional- two burner induction stove and microwave, but no oven. There is a nice, desert landscaped common yard and a small private yard as well. Small to medium sized dogs are welcome. Utilities are split based on square footage and agreed upon thermostat settings. This is a very comfortable, pretty quiet and well maintained apartment in a nice neighborhood. Please contact me with questions, etc before applying.
