PARKING : Guest park vehicles at their own risk and must abide by all community, city, county and state parking rules and laws. The community does not allow street parking and will tow cars. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Please note only two cars can park in the drive. INSECTS: It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Arizona, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest's shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house. The property has external cameras. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the case of a break-in, death, injury, or in the rare stay where house rules are broken, and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. EARLY CHECK INS. We are unable to accommodate early check in at this time as our cleaners need the full time to ensure everything is ready for our next guests.Check-in is by 4pm or 4 hours after booking. Check-in will be self-guided and contactless, with smart lock unit access by a custom code provided only to you with your check-in instructions and valid till 10am on your check-out date. PETS- This property welcomes well-behaved pets and their responsible owners. There is a pet fee per stay. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet. The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets. Evidence of excessive pet waste or damage is subject to a fine. Owner pays for utilities, maintenance and upkeep. Your monthly rate is your only fee.
