Guests enjoy a spacious concrete driveway, a two-stall garage with laundry, and easy access to the loft via stairs at the rear of the garage. Upstairs, the loft features a bright, open-concept living area with natural light and stunning views of Long Lake. The living room includes cozy cabin-inspired furnishings, a recliner, and a smart TV with Firestick for streaming your favorite shows. The compact, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a two-burner hotplate, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and more. Sleeping Arrangements: - Bedroom 1: 1 queen + 1 full bed - Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed - Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds *All bedrooms include closets for storage and bed linens provided Bathroom: - 1 bathroom with spacious stand-up shower - Features & Amenities - Fully furnished loft with Northwoods charm - Fully equipped kitchen - Smart TV with Firestick - Cozy living area with recliner - Laundry in the two-stall garage - Breathtaking views of Long Lake - Parking for multiple vehicles - Perfect for families or small groups! Location: - Long Lake, Park Rapids, MN - Minutes to local dining, groceries, and shopping - Easy access to area trails, lakes, and outdoor recreation! - Lease Agreement: Tenants will sign a lease prior to move-in. - Move-In Costs: First full month's rent plus a refundable deposit equal to 50% of the first month's rent. - Occupancy: Maximum of 6 8 guests, including children. - Rent & Payment: Rent is due monthly. Month-to-month lease through April 2026. - Damage & Cleaning: Tenants are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or repairs needed after departure. Costs will be deducted from the deposit. - Pets: Cats are not allowed. Dogs may be approved with an additional deposit and monthly fee. - Parking: Up to 4 vehicles total may be parked in the garage and driveway. Vehicles must be registered, running, and in good working order. - Maintenance: Tenants must report maintenance needs promptly. No alterations to the cabin are allowed (e.g., nails, paint, removal of furniture/fixtures). - Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM local time. - Smoking / Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind (tobacco, cigarettes, marijuana, vape pens, etc.) inside the loft. Violation will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. Smoking outside is permitted. - Move-In / Move-Out: Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM. - Termination: This is a month-to-month lease. Either party may end the lease with 30 days' written notice.
