The main home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the casita provides two additional bedrooms and one bathroom, along with a spacious laundry room that includes a closet and ample additional storage perfect for families or multi-generational stays. Both spaces carry the same mid-century charm and comfort, ensuring every guest feels at home. Outdoor living is a highlight at Vista del Sol. The front yard offers a cozy seating area with a natural gas fire pit, ideal for enjoying sunrise or sunset with breathtaking mountain views. The backyard is the main gathering space, featuring a pool and spa, a natural gas grill, outdoor shower, ping pong table, additional seating, and a second fire pit. INTERIOR DETAILS This home accommodates up to 9 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious laundry room, and a separate office room. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living and dining room, and a 2 car garage. Our kitchen is well equipped with a wide selection of cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and small appliances, making it easy to prepare most family meals during your stay. A starter set of basic seasonings including salt, pepper, and olive oil is provided. If you'd like a detailed inventory of the kitchen items available, our team is happy to share one upon request. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essential consumables, including paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, makeup remover, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a welcome gift basket. Please note that these items are intended to get you started; if additional supplies are needed during your stay, guests are responsible for replenishing them. We also provide bath towels and pool towels based on the home's occupancy, along with hand towels and washcloths for your use. The rent price may vary depending on your requested dates and length of stay. We do not accept long-term bookings. We only accept short-term stays or rentals of 30 days or more. For more details on pricing, please refer to the Rates & Payment Details section in the listing description. 2. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. 3. As per the City of Palm Springs Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or loud music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. Additionally, Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. 4. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you'd like the pool heated, please let us know in advance as it takes 10 hours or more to reach the set temperature. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it's less than 3 days. 5. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back-to-back bookings to allow for proper cleaning. 6. Minimum 25 years of age to book. 7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises. 8. No more than 4 vehicles allowed. 9. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500. 10. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file. 11. An additional cleaning fee of $100 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.
