Probationary Period: A mandatory three (3) month probationary period at the start of the lease to ensure the arrangement works for both the tenant and the landlord. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property to maintain a healthy environment and preserve the property's condition. Pet Policy: To keep the property in excellent condition, pets are not allowed. Utilities: The tenant is responsible for water, electricity, and internet services, which are not included in the rent and will be billed separately.
