This is a family/dog-friendly neighborhood, most renter's in the larger development the building is in, have both a kid(s) & a pet(s). Backs up to wooded walking area with miles and miles of trails. 5 minute walk to swimming pond, 10 minute walk to summer baseball games and public park; playground, courts, track etc. Walk to center of town in 15 minutes. Bus stop & bike trail is 0.2 miles away. Skaket beach (bay) is around 2 miles and Nauset beach (ocean) is about 5 miles. Highway exit is 0.2 miles from apartment for easy commuting and back roads to escape summer traffic. The apartment has a semi-enclosed patio area for some privacy off the backdoor. Hardwood flooring in livingroom and kitchen. Bedrooms are carpeted. Full kitchen has big cabinets with granite countertops & dishwasher. Rent is $2500 with 3 people occupancy. Only dog(s) considered on individual basis I'm not concerned about breed Im more interested in door scratchers, and barkers and the friendliness of the dog with people & other dogs or the owners responsibility to be proactive in these areas. Also if there's a potty accident own a carpet cleaner or ask me to come with mine to keep carpet from long-term soiling etc. Electric heat is renter's responsibility. First, last, security.
