The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, includes wifi, and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The guest can rent for 1 year, depending on availability. Water max. up to $50 monthly and electricity bills up to $150 max per month are included. Any usage exceeding these amounts will be the responsability of the guest.
