The owner has cats which do not come into the apartment. but the house shares the same HVAC system so this unit is not a good fit for people with severe cat allergies. This is a great property with lots of shared beautiful outdoor spaces and beautiful flowers. The house is located on about half an acre and backs up to a 18 acre former farm. There's lots of wildlife outside and some friendly neighbors that you'll see occasionally. When the weather is nice there's plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Swing in the chair swing under the massive tree in the yard. Enjoy the fire pit on colder days. You're welcome to share the garden where we grow fruits and vegetables. All utilities are included.
