He said it is well anchored with blue steel rope to shore, with eyelets drilled into nearby rock. The floathouse is permitted through the Forest Service, and the current permit has been paid up to 2027. You pay in 5 yearly increments, and it's $1,000 a year. The boat is available for purchase for an extra $30,000 to the buyer of the property. It's a 2014 Motion Marine. The outboard is 225hp, a 2020-21 model with only 500 hours. It comes with a kicker.
