Utilities included: Water, WiFi, Electricity, and Gas. All occupants must be screened, and no more than 2 people may reside in the unit. As this is a guesthouse with a short-term lease, no mail or packages may be delivered to the property. A P.O. Box is recommended. Any damage property or furniture beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit upon move-out. If utility usage is excessively above average, tenants may be responsible for overages. Tenants are expected to conserve energy turn off lights and small appliances when not in use and promptly report any plumbing issues, including leaks, to prevent spikes in water usage.
