We are an academic couple going abroad for sabbatical and would like to rent our lovely penthouse condo in Downtown New Haven. The 750 square foot space features huge windows with amazing views of East Rock. It includes 2 cozy bedrooms (which can be used as one bedroom and one office) and 1.5 bathrooms. The condo comes fully furnished, located just a 5-minute walk from Yale campus and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars (while maintaining a quiet environment). Building amenities include high-speed internet, a fitness center, and secure package storage for deliveries. Owner pays for water (cold and hot) and heating and HOA fees. Renter pays electricity and internet. We would like to rent our apartment starting in June 2025, for one year. Shorter lease (at least 3 month) is negotiable but we prefer tenants with a longer commitment. No smoking in the apartment. Parking is not included but on-street metered parking is available.
