The only house on a tree surrounded street end with beautiful flowering trees, plants & a cat tail marsh out back. Enjoy private views from the 3-season porch & deck or the big picture windows in the living/dining room and kitchen with lofted ceilings. Feels like you're in a garden sanctuary in the middle of a great neighborhood with plenty of kids and wonderful neighbors. Only a 3 block walk to the Narrow River to launch 1-5 of our available kayaks. Only a 6 min drive or 15 min bike ride (5 adult bikes and 2 kid bikes) to URI Bay Campus (only free beach) or 7 min drive to Narragansett Town Beach (best surfing in RI/New England!). We have 2 women sharing the ground level thru May 2026 with an annual renewal possible. Shared washer & dryer, storage space and all outside amenities-kayaks, bikes, zipline, tree fort and trampoline (if you sign a waiver to use outside amenities). No smoking nor vaping. Small dog possible. No cats-1 renter highly allergic. Free parking in driveway and on dead end with up to 6 shared spaces. Owners would like to return to use the upstairs 1-2 weeks in summer 2026.
