Beautiful, serene parcel! If you want amazing views, land with plenty of personality and terrain changes, remote but easy to access land, this is one you don't want to miss. Petrified wood everywhere, large wash through middle of parcel, but hilly with high ground to sit and watch nature and enjoy the amazing vistas. Access road isn't bad, but could use some smoothing out in spots. High clearance recommended. When cresting last hill, keep to left (east) side of road. There is a deep run off on the right (see pics). There is also access from Miller Ln, but cattle fencing is across it. Electric is on one parcel to the west.
