Our office hours and showings are Monday through Friday 8:00am till 4:00pm. Please call for showings. Owner pays the water and garbage recycling. Renter pays for electric and internet. The heat is electric and that is responsibility of the renter. There is no gas in the building. There is no smoking in the building.
