We bought this home as a new spec in 2006. There is lots of space in the nice open floor plan, and the bedrooms are all plenty big enough. Aside from replacing the water pressure tank in 2013, we've had little to no issues with the house. Any improvements we've made were done professionally since I'm incapable of any handy-work. We've added a second tier to the deck which isn't shown in the picture. I only mow about half of the lot so there is a nice green space behind the house. I have mown some trails through the woods and planted a couple of apple trees that are producing. I just don't have the ambition to mow that much more.
