This property is great for multi family outings with kids as it used to be a church Summer Camp! It sleeps 4 couples in the main house and there is an unfinished guest house that is over 1200 square feet that can be part of your expansion plan for a larger family retreat. This land is an outdoor playground! Its huge forested expanse has everything to do for the outdoor enthusiast as we have a row boat and a canoe that comes with the house. You can fish (musky and bass in the lake), swim at the beach, take the kids to the beach playground, hike, mountain bike, or cross country ski in winter. There are miles of trails through the woods and marshes for easy walking in regular shoes. We have a beautiful lake front picnic area with fire pit, lights, and electric. There is plenty of cut and stacked firewood on site. You will see very little people if you choose to use this as a secluded getaway, so solitude actually is an option as we did some of our best writing of books here.
