A well was drilled in 1996 (permit #103555) and according to the seller it produced 60 gpm. The well was never put to beneficial use therefore the state cancelled the permit. New permit for the well would need to be done. Property has a small reservoir/pond on it (possibly seasonal??). SELLER WILL NOT CLOSE ON PROPERTY UNTIL AFTER DEC. 31, 2020.
