DEED RESTRICTIONS: No lot or any part thereof shall be used for rubbish, trash, or any other waste dumping grounds; No disabled or unlicensed vehicles parked outside; No basement or underground house, trailer, or mobile home shall be used for temporary or permanent dwelling; Modular or manufactured homes must be placed on foundations; No high-density commercial raising of livestock, swine or fowl shall be permitted (if farm is sold as a whole, #5 will not apply.) These restrictions do not prohibit the construction of a barn for noncommercial use of the owner.
