    Vacant land for sale. Mining claim Financier No. 2-1886 5.12 acres. Parcel: #183520400629, located approximately 3/4 mile (for sale sign posted) up North Spring Gulch Road. This area is perhaps one of the best kept secrets in Clear Creek County, Colorado. Finding a very quiet, low human impact area is hard to find these days. The easiest access is available from the North Spring Gulch Road to the lower portion of the property. It is also accessible from a 2 track road on the top of the claim via the Wild Wagoner Trail road The patent number supersedes all other mining claims it crosses. This is a great piece of land with an outstanding view in all directions from the top of the property. Nearest grid power line is located on the top of the Wild Wagoner Trail road. The property has not been recently surveyed but the corners of the property on the upper portion have been located. The lower corners can be approximated within 5-10 feet. Due to all of the phone calls on the property, here is some additional information; The nearest neighbor is across the valley from said property Driveway access from the Spring Gulch road will require a culvert or bridge There are for sale signs posted on the top and bottom of the property that is located on trees or stumps that is very close to the center of the property in width. The property is a little steep but buildable. (that's why it's called the mountains) You cannot just go and build a "cabin" (as many want to) without putting in a septic and well per county specs. The top access road from the Wagner Road crosses several other properties. The law states that they cannot deny you access to the property from this road. The best view is on the top portion of the property. If this is where one would want to build, you will most likely need to do some road improvements as it's a bit rocky.
