We are looking for someone to take over the rest of our lease which ends the end of August.<br>Our apartment is located at the Camden Orange Court complex just north of downtown.<br>The apartment complex is wonderful. It is safe, clean, quiet, and was built in the last 5 years so is very new and clean. Our unit has a beautiful view of the pool area.<br>The apartment amenities include washer/dryer in a laundry room in the actual apartment, dish washer, large closet, also cable, water, and trash pick up by door are included in the rent.<br>Complex amenities include a wonderful pool area which this apartments balcony overlooks, and a great gym with many machines and televisions. There is also an Entertainment center w/pool table and a Business Center accessible to tenants.<br><br>Please contact with interest or for more pictures. We are willing to work on move in date.
